Hot Rolled Steel Plate 1.8931 S690Q Carbon Steel Sheet

Oxygen (O) is a harmful element in steel such as 1.8931 S690Q. Although manganese, silicon, iron and aluminum are added to deoxidize the steel at the end of steelmaking, they can not be removed completely. During the solidification of molten steel, the reaction of oxygen and carbon in the solution will produce carbon monoxide, which can cause bubbles. Oxygen mainly exists in the form of FeO, MnO, SiO2, Al2O3 and other inclusions in the steel, which reduces the strength and plasticity of the steel. Especially, it has serious influence on fatigue strength and impact toughness.

Japan is a typical shipping first, and its raw materials are imported from Oceania, central and South America and other Asian countries. Most of the 1.8931 S690Q steel produced is exported to China and other Asian countries, and a small amount is exported to America. Shipping is the main way of its 1.8931 S690Q steel international transportation. According to the data, steel goods account for about 20% of the total sea freight in Japan. The domestic transportation of Japanese steel is mainly truck.

We have 4 typical production lines, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes. SSAW pipe production line range is OD 219.1mm-3500mm, wall thickness 3.2mm-25.4mm. Product 1.8931 S690Q annual capacity is 200 thousand tons.

The equivalent GB steel grades of S620Q low alloy high strength steel plate are Q620D steel and Q620E low alloy high strength steel. 1.8931 S690Q, S620Q low alloy high strength steel is mainly used for manufacturing key components with low temperature resistance and high strength, construction machinery, mining machinery structure, etc.
