Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory

S690QL density maximum CEV based on the ladle analysis

Ordinary S690QL density carbon steel mainly refers to the steel whose mechanical properties depend on the carbon content in the steel, and generally does not add a lot of alloy elements. Ordinary carbon steel is the abbreviation of ordinary carbon structural steel. Carbon content is less than 0.38%, and less than 0.25% is the most commonly used. It belongs to low carbon steel. In the Chinese standard, each metal grade indicates the low yield point of the steel when the thickness is less than 16mm. Compared with high-quality carbon steel, the limitation of carbon content, performance range, phosphorus, sulfur and other residual elements is wider for ordinary carbon steel.

Advantages of S690QL density: 1. Steel purity: Wugang can produce high purity molten steel with P 0.010%, S 0.005%, N70ppm, O15ppm, H2ppm, and 20ppm total inclusions in the steel. 2. Good toughness and weldability. 3. The heat treatment technology: normalizing, quenching, tempering, tempering and other heat treatment processing can be carried out on the steel plate as required. 4. Significantly improve the plasticity and impact toughness of steel, and improve the anisotropy of steel.

The company's main steel plates have twelve types of steel products like boilers and pressure vessels, low-alloy high-strength steel S690QL density, wear-resistant steel plates, corrosion-resistant steel plates, high-rise building structural steel plates, marine structural steel plates, alloy structural steel plates, mold steel plates, carbon structural steel plates, shipbuilding and steel plates for oil production platforms, composite steel plates, steel plates for oil and gas pipelines. We offer various steel grades, and more than 300 kinds of thickness specifications.

In 2019, S690QL density, crude steel production in North America was 120 million tons, down 0.8% year-on-year, among which crude steel production in the United States in 2019 was 87.9 million tons, up 1.5% year-on-year. The crude steel output of the CIS countries in 2019 was 100.4 million tons, down 0.5% year on year.
