Three ways of cutting S690QL hardness

Hot-rolled coil is a commonly used steel product in the industry. It has a relatively wide variety of products and a wide range of uses. S690QL hardness, Hot-rolled coils are widely used in related industries such as petrochemical equipment, automobiles and bridges. Hot-rolled coils are also used in machinery industries such as ships and automobiles because of their good toughness and relatively high strength.

The S690QL hardness steel making furnace can only be used as primary refining, and the refining needs to be completed in the refining equipment outside the furnace, which is also called secondary refining. It is mainly through decarburization, desulfuration, denitrification and dephosphorization to improve the cleanness of the steel, to establish a chromium molybdenum low alloy steel with good oxidation resistance and high temperature strength, to remove unwanted harmful impurities from the steel, and to improve the S690QL hardness internal quality of the steel.

Oxygen (O) is a harmful element in steel such as S690QL hardness. Although manganese, silicon, iron and aluminum are added to deoxidize the steel at the end of steelmaking, they can not be removed completely. During the solidification of molten steel, the reaction of oxygen and carbon in the solution will produce carbon monoxide, which can cause bubbles. Oxygen mainly exists in the form of FeO, MnO, SiO2, Al2O3 and other inclusions in the steel, which reduces the strength and plasticity of the steel. Especially, it has serious influence on fatigue strength and impact toughness.

Established in 2014, Steel Safety Day was set up to reinforce awareness of the five most common causes of safety incidents and to create a safer working environment across the entire steel industry worldwide. By focusing every year on the five causes - moving machinery, working at heights, falling objects, on-site traffic and S690QL hardness process safety incidents - worldsteel intends to set up a continuous improvement process and reiterate its commitment to the safety and health of the people who work in the S690QL hardness industry.
