Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory

The strict quality control of 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel processing

Standing at a new historical starting point, we adapt to the requirements of supply side structural reform, adhere to the overall strategy of "innovation driven, quality leading, 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel quality improving and efficiency increasing, transformation and development", and constantly improve the development concept and development level with a forward-looking vision and grand vision. Now we have been ranked the 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel International leading steel materials supplier.

The ASTM A572 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel specification refers to high-strength low-alloy steel plates used in structural buildings. Among the five steel grades 42, 50, 55, 60 and 65, grade 50 is the most common in applications requiring higher strength and lighter weight. One of the 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel steels, the steel plate of this brand other than ordinary carbon steel is used, so that the steel structure has the same steel strength, but the weight is lighter.

High wear resistance: fully automatic CNC stacking equipment, independent of manual 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel welding technology, produces fully qualified high-quality products. Special automatic welding technology enables the chromium content of wear-resistant layer to be controlled at more than 28%, and the 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel hardness is between 58-62, which fully ensures that our wear-resistant layer has continuous good and balanced wear resistance. The wear test in metallurgy, cement and other industries shows that the wear resistance of the wear-resistant layer of the surfacing composite 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel wear-resistant steel plate is more than 30 times that of the 16Mn plate with the same thickness.

1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel annealing is to heat the steel to 30 ~ 50℃ above the critical temperature, keep it in the heat treatment furnace for a period of time, and then cool it down to room temperature with the furnace. The purpose of 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel annealing is to refine the grain of steel, eliminate internal stress and reduce hardness, improve cutting performance, increase toughness and plasticity, and facilitate welding and rolling processes. 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel annealing can be complete annealing, incomplete annealing, stress relief annealing, isothermal annealing and spheroidizing annealing.

EN 10025-2 steel includes S235 steel (S235JR, S235J0, S235J2), S275 steel (S275JR, S275J0, S275J2), S355 steel (S355JR, S355J0, S355J2, S355K2), S450 steel (S450J0). According to EN 10025-2, the thickness of S450J0 plate is within 3-150mm. The 1.8986 EN 10025-6 high strength steel, S235 steel, S275 steel and S355 steel plate thickness is ≤250mm. However, the S235J2, S275J2, S355J2 and S355K2 plates limitation is ≤400mm.

The after-sales service personnel understand the user's ideas and needs in detail, and stand on the other side's position and interests. Actively communicate with users and help them solve practical problems. This not only solves the service problem, but also improves the customer's trust in the company.
