Temperature test of S690QL1 steel grades

It is mainly through decarburization, desulfuration, denitrification and dephosphorization to improve the cleanness of the steel, to establish a chromium molybdenum low alloy steel with good oxidation resistance and high temperature strength, to remove unwanted harmful impurities from the steel, and to improve the S690QL1 steel grades internal quality of the steel.

We have built solid cooperation with Myanmar Navy since 2015, starting from a try order about 412 tons LR AH36 shipbuilding steel plates. Myanmar navy builds frigate every year and book shipbuilding steel materials from us regularly. This time, the Myanmar navy’s local representative visit us and put another order about 2025 tons LR grade A steel plates. According to clients requirements, we arranged S690QL1 steel grades SGS inspection for the LR grade A steel plates before shipping and send them inspection report.

A283C plate mechanical properties: min. yield strength is 205 MPa, tensile strength is 380-515MPa, min. elongation is 22% in 8"" and 25% in 2"". Tolerance of A283C plate is subject to ASTM A6. The density of S690QL1 steel grades, A283C plate is 7.85g/cm3."
