Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory

A572 grade 50 or EN 10025-6 equivalent grade, what is the difference

45# steel is commonly used medium carbon quenched and tempered structural steel. The steel EN 10025-6 equivalent grade is generally cold plastic, annealing and normalizing are slightly better than quenching and tempering, with higher strength and better machinability. After proper heat treatment, 45# carbon steel can certain toughness, plasticity and wear resistance can be obtained. 45# steel normalizing can improve the cutting performance of roughness less than 160HBS.

High quality structural steel thick plate product EN 10025-6 equivalent grade dimension(mm): 40*2300*12000, 50*1780*7000, 16*2300*12000, 50*2500*10120, 55*1800*11900, 25*2300*12000, 50*2500*10060, 60*2500*8400, 60*2100*10000, 80*1920*6000, 130*2200*10000, 140*2200*10000, 55*1800*11550, 110*2320*8100, 40*1900*7350, 150*2200*10000, 45*2200*9000, 60*2500*8300, 40*2300*12000, 90*2440*12400, 125*1920*5000.

After 1975, our equipment includes blast furnaces, electric furnaces, vacuum refining furnaces, and electroslag furnaces. The product varieties are relatively complete. Plates, EN 10025-6 equivalent grade tubes, wires, belts, and profiles have a certain scale, including magnetic, elastic, expanded, bimetal and other precision alloy materials for national defense and electronics industries. In 1982, these plants produced 364,000 tons of EN 10025-6 equivalent grade steel and 542,000 tons of steel.
