How to remove rust from S890QL1 EN 10025-6 high strength steel

We have 4 typical production lines, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes. SSAW pipe production line range is OD 219.1mm-3500mm, wall thickness 3.2mm-25.4mm. Product S890QL1 EN 10025-6 high strength steel annual capacity is 200 thousand tons.

45# steel is a common medium carbon quenched and tempered structural steel. The cold plasticity of 45# steel is general. Annealing and normalizing are slightly better than S890QL1 EN 10025-6 high strength steel quenching and tempering. 45# steel has higher strength and better machinability. After proper heat treatment, 45# steel can obtain certain toughness, plasticity and wear resistance. 45# steel is suitable for hydrogen welding and argon arc welding, not suitable for gas welding.

During the construction of hot-dip S890QL1 EN 10025-6 high strength steel galvanized pipe, the correct welding process shall be adopted, the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out in strict accordance with the specification, and the anti-corrosion treatment (zinc rich paint) shall be done timely after the welding is completed. It is feasible in the construction process of open and closed air conditioning system, which can improve the S890QL1 EN 10025-6 high strength steel construction speed and the firmness of the pipe connection. Therefore, the hot-dip galvanized pipe can be welded and connected under the construction conditions and on the premise of relevant protection and anti-corrosion measures.
