At present, China's wear-resistant steel plate grades are divided into six levels, namely NM300, NM360, NM400, NM450, NM500, NM550 and NM600. The wear-resistant steel EN 10025-6 S960QL1 high strength steel grade adopts the combination of Chinese NM of wear resistance meaning and Brinell hardness (HB) value. For example: NM500, NM is the first universal parent of Chinese "wear resistance", "500" is Brinell hardness value. NM series wear-resistant steel has good wear resistance, which greatly reduces the loss and use cost.

According to GBT3077, 42CrMo steel chemical composition should be within the range (%): 42CrMo carbon content is 0.38-0.45 (C), Silicon content is 0.17-0.37 (Si), Manganese content is 0.50-0.80 (Mn), Chrome content is 0.90-1.20 (Cr), Molybdenum content is 0.15-0.25 (Mo). The high Cr content contrivutes to high strength of 42CrMo steel, with min. yield strength of 930 Mpa, and min. tensile strength of 1080 Mpa. The common heat treatment for EN 10025-6 S960QL1 high strength steel, 42CrMo steel is quenching and tempering.

In December of 2015, our regular India customer sent us an inquiry for EN 10025-6 S960QL1 high strength steel pipe. The inquiry requires no negative tolerance in both pipes’ outer diameter and pipe wall. After two weeks’ discussion, he put the order of 275 tons to us. The pipes are finished within just one month. Our customer come to our factory to inspect the quality and tolerance, all the products are well meet his demand. The pipes are arriving to Nhava Sheva port, customer is very happy with our products and service during the process.
