TMCP process is an indispensable technology for our production of low alloy high strength wide and S960QL chemical composition thick steel plates. TMCP process can produce steel with high strength and toughness without adding too many alloy elements and complex subsequent heat treatment. TMCP is a process that can save alloy S960QL chemical composition and energy and is beneficial to environmental protection. A lot of our shipbuilding steel plates are produced by TMCP process.
In 2018, one of our India customers visit Zhengzhou office building and work shop to discuss carbon steel Q235B grind plate technical request. They have strict surface and thickness tolerance, and they also request UT and MT for testing for Q235B grind plate. As a result, they purchase 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. After using the gind plate, the India customer has good comment on our S960QL chemical composition quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.

Mechanical properties of 42SiMn steel: tensile strength 885 MPa; yield strength 735 MPa; elongation after fracture: 15; reduction of area: 40; impact energy: 47J. 42SiMn steel belongs to alloy quenched and tempered steel with good properties, high strength, wear resistance and hardenability. Under certain conditions, the strength, wear resistance and hot working performance of 42SiMn steel are better than 40Cr steel, S960QL chemical composition, and can be used instead of 40CrNi steel.
