Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory
Carbon steel mainly refers to the steel whose mechanical properties depend on the carbon content in the EN 10025-6 S620QL high strength steel steel, and generally does not add a lot of alloy elements, sometimes it is also called ordinary carbon steel. Carbon steel refers to iron carbon alloy with carbon content of WC less than 2%. In addition to carbon, carbon steel generally contains a small amount of silicon, manganese, sulfur and phosphorus. According to the content of phosphorus and sulfur, the carbon steel can be divided into ordinary carbon steel, high quality carbon EN 10025-6 S620QL high strength steel steel, high quality steel and super quality steel.
We are a professional EN 10025-6 S620QL high strength steel steel raw material supplier with a history of 17 years. After years of development, the company's steel plates and coils are widely used in construction, machinery manufacturing, container manufacturing, shipbuilding, bridge construction and other fields around the world. With good product EN 10025-6 S620QL high strength steel quality, we have solid project cooperation with foreign governments or leading enterprises such as Egypt, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Venezuela, Peru, Mexico, the United States, Portugal, Russia, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, etc.
S355J2 steel plate EN 10025-6 S620QL high strength steel rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the EN 10025-6 S620QL high strength steel single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.
"The production method of seamless steel pipe can be roughly divided into cross rolling method (menesmann method) and extrusion method. The cross rolling method (menesmann method) is to pierce the tube blank with the cross roll first, and then extend it with the rolling mill. This method is fast in production, but requires high machinability of tube blank. It is mainly suitable for producing carbon steel and low alloy steel tube, EN 10025-6 S620QL high strength steel tube. The extrusion method is to pierce the billet or ingot with a piercer, and then extrude it into a steel tube with an extruder. This method is less efficient than the cross rolling method and is suitable for the production of high-strength alloy steel tubes."
Compared with other fast-moving consumer goods, steel consumption is obviously different, with a wide range of use and a long service life. Therefore, the quality and service of steel materials are particularly important. Service is always one of our top concerns, especially after-sales service. We have mature after-sales service team, and can help you solve problems professionally during application of the steel materials.
