We do sand blasting and shop primer for various materiale S690Q steel plates such as carbon steel plates, high strength low alloy steel plates, shipbuilding steel plates, etc. before delivery, so as to protect the steel plates from going rust during transportation. Our sand blasting standard is SA2.5, and shop primer materiale S690Q thickness is 20μm or so. Our shop primer has been certified by ABS, LR, BV etc. authorities.

EN10083-3 42CrMo4 steel plate delivery status: Heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or non-heat treatment delivery status should be specified in the contract. EN10083-3 42CrMo4 steel plate equivalent materials: JIS SCM440, AISI 4140, GB 42CrMo, materiale S690Q etc. EN10083-3 42CrMo4 steel plate has high intensity, high hardenability, high fatigue strength and good low-temperature impact toughness.
