Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory

S550Q EN 10025-6 high strength steel smelt

The secondary quenching and low temperature tempering of wear resistant composite plate are mainly used for high alloy steel workpieces without mechanical processing after carburizing. Carburizing, high-temperature tempering, one-time heating quenching, low-temperature tempering, quenching temperature 840-860℃, mainly used for Cr Ni alloy carburizing workpiece. The second quenching and low-temperature tempering of wear-resistant composite plate, S550Q EN 10025-6 high strength steel mainly improves the microstructure of the infiltrated layer. When the requirements for core properties are not high, quenching can be performed between AC1 and AC3, and when the requirements for core properties are high, it should be quenched above AC3.

The S550Q EN 10025-6 high strength steel processing performance is good. Due to the uniform control of steel plate performance, excellent performance coordination and good toughness guarantee, the steel plate bending processing, drilling, cutting and other mechanical processing properties are excellent. In addition, the surface of the S550Q EN 10025-6 high strength steel steel plate is smooth and beautiful by inhibiting and removing oxide scale from slab heating to rolling process and heat treatment in furnace without oxidation atmosphere.

For ASTM A573 Grade 70/A573 Gr.70 carbon manganese silicon steel plates, our company would issue the original mill test certificate S550Q EN 10025-6 high strength steel EN 10204 3.1 for clients when arrange delivery, so that clients can trace the A573 Gr.70 plates origin easily.

Customer concept: customer first. Guided by market changes and guided by customer needs, we design the optimal product solutions and provide the best after-sales service. Partners: to reach a balance of interests with all stakeholders, to build a harmonious coexistence and win-win cooperation.
