15CrMo alloy plate is a heat-resistant steel with pearlite structure, which has high thermal strength (δb≥440MPa) and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, and has a certain resistance to hydrogen corrosion. Due to the high content of Cr, C and other alloying elements in steel, the hardening tendency of S960QL equivalent and 15CrMo alloy plate is obvious and the weldability is poor. After welding, local high temperature tempering treatment should be carried out. The heat treatment process of 15CrMo alloy plate is as follows: the temperature rise rate is 200°C/h, the temperature is raised to 715°C for 1 hour and 15 minutes, the temperature drop rate is 100°C/h, and the temperature is reduced to 300°C before air cooling.

The wear-resistant plate has the main advantages of high strength and hardness, good toughness, S960QL equivalent high tensile strength, good material wear-resistance, long service life and low cost. In order to verify the wear-resistant life of the high wear-resistant composite steel plate applied in the field, the comparative industrial test of S960QL equivalent wear-resistant with the ordinary carbon plate was carried out on the reclaimer of Jigang raw material plant, and the effect is good.
