A633Gr.C,D steel plate A537CL1/A633Gr.C,D steel plate, under ASTM-SAE standard A537CL1/A633Gr.C,D steel plate, under ASTM-SAE standard, we can regard 1.8906 EN 10025-6 high strength steel, A537CL1/A633Gr.C,D steel plate as Fine-grain structural steels, normalised rolled steel. A537CL1 steel plate is one mainly of Fine-grain structural steels, normalised rolled steel,A537CL1/A633Gr.C,D steel plate is under ASTM-SAE standard equivalent to DIN:TStE355, EN:S355NL, which with a minimum impact energy of 20J at temperatures not lower than -20 degree and the tensile strength of A537CL1/A633Gr.C,D is 4800 to 620 MPa.
BBN company team and culture: tt the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work and enrich their sparetime lives, the company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. This tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December. Let's seize the day and live it to the full, and greet the arrival of the year 2020 together.
The strengthening mechanisms in metals mainly include solid solution strengthening, dislocation strengthening, fine grain strengthening, and second phase (precipitation and dispersion) strengthening. Alloying elements have the most significant strengthening effect on steel in the quenched and tempered state, because it makes full use of all four strengthening mechanisms. Martensite is formed during quenching, and carbides are precipitated during tempering, resulting in a strong second phase strengthening and greatly improving toughness. Therefore, obtaining martensite and tempering it is the most economical and effective comprehensive strengthening method for 1.8906 EN 10025-6 high strength steel.
