Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory
Low-alloy high-strength steel grades are designed to have quite good notch toughness for their intended structural use. The applicability of the notch toughness of specific grades of low-alloy high-strength steel is either based on existing use experience or combined with the results of the impact test of notched specimens. In order to meet the very strict requirements of certain applications, some EN 10025-6 high strength steel 1.8983, low-alloy high-strength steels produced have excellent notch toughness. For example, controlled hot rolling technology is usually used to produce low-alloy high-strength steel plates for the manufacture of welded line pipes. Such steel pipes need to meet the requirements of relevant standards for notch toughness.
The hardness of the steel plate is very high, so special equipment is needed to complete the processing and cutting of these materials, EN 10025-6 high strength steel 1.8983. In order to cut the plate into an ideal size, the steel plate cutting needs to use natural gas flame for preheating, which will generate a large amount of oxygen flow during the operation. These substances will oxidize the steel plate, and then form a cutting edge, then the cutting operation process is basically completed. In the actual processing work, there are many different classifications for steel plate cutting.
Hot rolled EN 10025-6 high strength steel 1.8983 steel coil and plates are among our main products. Hot rolling can significantly reduce energy consumption and cost. During hot rolling, the metal has high plasticity and low deformation resistance, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of metal deformation. Hot rolling can improve the EN 10025-6 high strength steel 1.8983 processing properties of metals and alloys, that is, the coarse grains in the casting state are broken, cracks are obviously healed, casting defects are reduced or eliminated, the as cast structure is transformed into deformed structure, and the processing properties of alloys are improved.
Welded steel pipe refers to the steel pipe with a joint on the surface which is welded after the steel strip or steel plate is bent and deformed into circular, square and other expected shapes. According to different welding methods, it can be divided into arc welded pipe, high frequency or low frequency resistance welded pipe, gas welded pipe, furnace welded pipe, Bondi pipe, EN 10025-6 high strength steel 1.8983, etc. According to the weld shape, it can be divided into straight welded pipe and spiral welded pipe. Electric welded steel pipes are mainly used in oil drilling and production, machinery manufacturing, etc.; furnace welded pipes can be used as water gas pipes, large-diameter straight seam welded pipes for high-pressure oil-gas transmission, etc.; spiral welded pipes are used for oil-gas transmission, pipe piles, piers, etc. Welded steel pipe has lower cost and higher production efficiency than seamless steel pipe.
