Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory
GB / T1591 Q345D steel is a commonly used low alloy plate in China. It is equivalent to grade S355J2 in Germany and ASTM A529MGr50 in the United States, with slightly different chemical composition and the same mechanical properties. Under normal delivery conditions, en S460QL1 equivalent, Q345D steel equivalent to S355J2G3 in European standard, and even almost the same performance as the S355J2G4. They can be used interchangeably.
The company adopts the en S460QL1 equivalent international advanced management system, and has passed the certification of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and GB / T28001-2001 occupational health and safety en S460QL1 equivalent management system, and has realized the comprehensive integration of the three systems. In the future development path, the company will adhere to the guidance of scientific development concept, accelerate the implementation of six development strategies, namely, the main business development strategy, cost leading strategy, science and technology innovation strategy, management upgrading strategy, green steel strategy, and Harmonious Co construction strategy, promote the company's sustainable development, and build the company into the most competitive modern steel group.
Penetration testing technology is only suitable for detecting surface defects. It uses penetrant to apply on the surface of the en S460QL1 equivalent steel plate, then wipes the excess penetrant with the cleaning solution, and then smears the developer. The penetrant remaining in the defect is adsorbed by the developing material, so as to observe the shape of the defect and determine the type of defect. This en S460QL1 equivalent method requires multiple wipes before and after the inspection, the process is more cumbersome, and can not detect internal defects and rough and dirty steel plates.
The purpose of alloying Q345B steel is to use the interaction of alloy elements with iron and carbon and the effect on iron-carbon phase diagram and the heat treatment of steel to improve the structure and properties of steel. Interaction of alloying elements with iron and carbon: After alloying elements are added to steel, they mainly exist in steel in three forms. That is: forming a solid solution with iron; forming carbides with carbon; and possibly forming intermetallic compounds in high alloy steels, en S460QL1 equivalent.
Both parties shall confirm the en S460QL1 equivalent material object and the quality of the products, confirm the reasons for the defects and the quality of the products, and sign the quality inspection agreement. Major quality objections shall be reported to relevant leaders in a timely manner, and shall be discussed and solved with the en S460QL1 equivalent steel plant.
