Introduction S460QL steel tubing or S460QL steel tubing materail

After adding phosphorus, copper, chromium, nickel and other trace elements to the steel, a dense and highly adherent protective film is formed on the surface of the steel, which hinders the spread and development of rust and protects the substrate under the rust layer to slow down its corrosion rate. The amorphous spinel-type oxide layer with a thickness of about 50μm-100μm formed between the rust layer and the substrate is dense and has good adhesion to the substrate metal.

The martensite microscopic strength of the wear-resistant layer of the S460QL steel tubing, wear-resistant steel plate can exceed HVl700-2000, and the surface strength can exceed HRC58-62. The key to the wear-resistant layer of the wear-resistant steel plate is dominated by cobalt alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium, and nickel are added. The martensite in the alloy composition is filled with fibers, and the orientation of chemical fibers is vertical to the surface.

A plasma cutter uses a stream of compressed gas (air, nitrogen, argon, etc.) and a consumable wire electrode as the two primary feedstocks of the steel cutting process. The electrode sends a high electrical charge through the gas, raising its temperature to the point of ionization to generate extremely hot plasma (~20,000°C).
