Steel S275J0 is a carbon structural steel grade.
Our mill can produce S275J0 carbon steel plates up to 400mm thickness. Generally speaking, as rolled condition for S275J0 carbon steel plate is Ok. Our mill would like to provide customers' normalized delivery condition if they indicate in their purchase order. material 1.8941, Structural steel S275J0 has a specified minimum yield strength at ambient temperature of 275MPa when plates thickness less than 16mm.

After final forging/forming and Heat treatment process, all the pipe Fittings, Flanges, Fasteners, Etc. are sent for machining i.e. and preparation, O/D and I/D matching as per dimensional codes. An Expert Q.C. engineer is involved and he keeps constant vigil on every machining operation. Step machining is carried out as required by the codes. GO and NO-GO gauges are used to check the O/D & I/D of the fittings, Flanges, etc.
