Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory
Flat steel is a kind of steel with rectangular cross-section and blunt edges at the edges and corners. It is usually 12-300 mm wide and 3-60 mm thick. Compared with material S960Q ordinary steel plate, the utilization rate of flat steel is increased by one to five percentage points. Moreover, flat steel can be produced with fixed thickness, width and length according to the user's requirements, which saves the cutting process for users, reduces the consumption of labor and materials, and also reduces the processing loss of raw materials, saving time, labor and material.
The largest crane in the world, the SGC-250, uses the power of material S960Q, high-strength steel to deliver unprecedented lifting capacity. Designed and built by Belgium-based heavy lifting powerhouse Sarens, it is called the SGC-250 – or, to use its nickname, 'Big Carl'. The ring-based crane, the first of Sarens' third generation of ring cranes, is now being put to work in its first project at the Hinkley Point C nuclear power plant in the UK. This crane is capable of lifting the weight of eight planes, or 563 elephants.
Both steelmaking and ironmaking are carried out by oxidation-reduction reaction, but there are great differences between them in reaction objects: ironmaking is to reduce iron, while material S960Q steelmaking is to remove excessive carbon and other impurities in pig iron, so there are relations and differences between them in actual operation. There are three main methods of material S960Q steelmaking: converter, electric furnace and flat furnace. The converter steelmaking process is most widely used.
We had a wonderful trip in Phuket Island, Thailand. At the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work for a year and enrich their lives, our company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. The tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5 o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December.
