Different types of stainless steel have different mechanical properties. S460QL steel grade, Q235 steel is widely used in steel structure construction because of its good toughness, good plasticity, certain elongation, good welding performance and heating performance. Q235A steel plate contains C ≤ 0.22%, Mn ≤ 1.4%, Si ≤ 0.35%, S ≤ 0.050, P ≤ 0.045. Q235B steel plate contains C ≤ 0.20%, Mn ≤ 1.4%, Si ≤ 0.35%, S ≤ 0.045, P ≤ 0.045. Q235C steel plate contains C ≤ 0.17%, Mn ≤ 1.4%, Si ≤ 0.35%, S ≤ 0.040, P ≤ 0.040. Q235D steel plate contains C ≤ 0.17%, Mn ≤ 1.4%, Si ≤ 0.35%, S ≤ 0.035, P ≤ 0.035.

In 2018, one of our India customers visit Zhengzhou office building and work shop to discuss carbon steel Q235B grind plate technical request. They have strict surface and thickness tolerance, and they also request UT and MT for testing for Q235B grind plate. As a result, they purchase 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. After using the gind plate, the India customer has good comment on our S460QL steel grade quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.
