Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory

Production growth of S690Q material mill slows down

Based on the principle of quality and respect for customers, BBNsteel maintains good cooperative relations with customers in home and abroad. With modern management, high-quality products, reasonable prices and comprehensive after-sales service, we provide our customers with high quality and low price S690Q material products.

Difference between Q345R boiler vessel plate and ordinary Q345 plate, S690Q material:Q345R boiler vessel plate is pressure vessel steel, Q345 plate is low alloy steel.Q345R boiler vessel plate generally requires flaw detection and positive deviation, while Q345 plate generally has lower requirements. In terms of performance, Q345R boiler vessel plate and Q345 plate are of the same level. However, due to high requirements, they can not be mixed in general.Generally, the requirement of Q345R boiler vessel plate is higher than Q345 plate, S690Q material.

Advantages of S690Q material:
1. Steel purity: Wugang can produce high purity molten steel with P 0.010%, S 0.005%, N70ppm, O15ppm, H2ppm, and 20ppm total inclusions in the steel.
2. Good toughness and weldability.
3. The heat treatment technology: normalizing, quenching, tempering, tempering and other heat treatment processing can be carried out on the steel plate as required.
4. Significantly improve the plasticity and impact toughness of steel, and improve the anisotropy of steel.

To provide customers with the most satisfactory service and realize the win-win of economic and social benefits, our company promises to provide excellent S690Q material products in this bidding, and in line with the attitude of being serious and responsible to customers, before sending goods to users, the S690Q material technical personnel shall confirm that there is no fault in the equipment before sending goods to users, and then send goods and products to users, and formulate the following service terms.
