Difference between Q345R boiler vessel plate and ordinary Q345 plate, S690QL material equivalent:Q345R boiler vessel plate is pressure vessel steel, Q345 plate is low alloy steel.Q345R boiler vessel plate generally requires flaw detection and positive deviation, while Q345 plate generally has lower requirements.In terms of performance, Q345R boiler vessel plate and Q345 plate are of the same level. However, due to high requirements, they can not be mixed in general.Generally, the requirement of Q345R boiler vessel plate is higher than Q345 plate, S690QL material equivalent.

SPA-C steel with the thickness range is 1.2-150mm, the width range is 1220-4200mm, and the length range is 5000-18000mm. Also note that the S690QL material equivalent, SPA-C steel coil thickness should not exceed 25 mm. SPA-C steel’s mechanical properties is yield strength more than 325 MPa, tensile strength more than 450Mpa.

Both parties shall confirm the S690QL material equivalent material object and the quality of the products, confirm the reasons for the defects and the quality of the products, and sign the quality inspection agreement. Major quality objections shall be reported to relevant leaders in a timely manner, and shall be discussed and solved with the S690QL material equivalent steel plant.
