Alloying agents like carbon and manganese along with steel lends a malleable nature to A572 structural high tensile steel plates, S960 steel, letting them be formed into various structurals that adapt quickly to constantly evolving needs of an edifice, thereby being flexible to changes. High tensile steel plates facilitate an increased load bearing capacity; their lighter bodies handle the extra weight without giving in to pressures. Heavy lifting and moving vehicles built from them increase weight bearing capacity, reduce time and labour cost to increase profits.

Under the action of the roller and the plug, a cavity is formed in the blank, which is called the blank. Then send it to the automatic tube rolling machine to continue rolling. Finally, the wall thickness of the whole machine is equalized and the diameter is calibrated by the sizing machine to meet the specification requirements. It is an advanced method to produce S960 steel, hot-rolled seamless steel tube by continuous rolling mill.

The S960 steel 2250 mm wide coil mill has advantages such as adapting to difficult-to-deform steel grades. The Iron and Steel Hot Rolling Leveler project designed and supplied by MCC South is equipped with the latest straightening and leveling process (LTP technology) developed by MCC South. The S960 steel performance stability, cost and various consumption indicators have reached the international advanced level.
