Q420q material is a kind of structural steel plate for bridges, and there are three quality levels Q420qD, Q420qE and Q420qF.
When the Q420q plate is required to have the performance in the thickness direction, the symbols Z15, Z25, Z35 representing the performance level in the thickness direction are added after the above-mentioned grades. Namely Q420qDZ15, Q420qDZ25, Q420qDZ35, Q420qEZ15, Q420qEZ25, Q420qEZ35, Q420qFZ15, Q420qFZ25, Q420qFZ35.

The transportation department is in charge of transporting steel materials from our mill and warehouse to the port, and our shipping department is in charge of the shipping matters. The main function of boron in S690QL mechanical properties and so on steel is to increase the hardenability of steel, so as to save other rare and precious metals, such as nickel, chromium and molybdenum. For this purpose, the boron content is generally regulated in the range of 0.001% - 0.005%. It can replace 1.6% nickel, 0.3% chromium or 0.2% molybdenum. It should be noted that molybdenum can prevent or reduce temper brittleness, while boron slightly promotes temper brittleness, so molybdenum can not be completely replaced by boron.
