They have strict surface and thickness tolerance, and they also request UT and MT for testing for Q235B grind plate. As a result, they purchase 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. After using the gind plate, the India customer has good comment on our S960QL material quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.

Try to use S960QL material high-quality alkaline covered electrode as much as possible, and don't use inferior electrode to save money. According to the theory of chromium poor, chromium carbide will be precipitated on the upper edge of the grain boundary of the weld and heat affected zone when the S960QL material temperature range is between 450 ℃ and 850 ℃, resulting in chromium poor grain boundary, which is insufficient to resist corrosion.
