Normalizing is to heat the steel parts to 30~80℃above the critical temperature for a period of time. Then the parts are taken out of the furnace and cooled in air. Since the cooling rate of normalizing is faster than that of annealing, the strength and hardness of normalized S960QL steel plate are higher than that of annealed S960QL steel plate, but the elimination of internal stress is not as good as annealing. The normalizing operation of S960QL steel plate is simple, the cost is low, the productivity is high, and it is widely used in actual production.
The Qatar Railways company launched a tender for designing ,construction and completion of Green Line Project. Our company has participated in the bidding from Qatar Railway Company since May, 2016. A delegation from project visited several famous S960QL steel plate pipe mill in China for 15 days in July,2016. Of course the delegations had visited our pipe mill.
