S355J2 steel plate rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the S460Q equivalent rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.As a basic building material, steel plates are currently widely used in automobiles, shipbuilding, chemical industry, aerospace and other fields. Reasonable selection of flaw detection methods to ensure the quality of S460Q equivalent steel plates is of great significance to safe production. Common defects of steel plates are folding, inclusion, shrinkage, air bubbles, delamination and cracks. These problems can be discovered in time through flaw detection.

With the fast development in Myanmar, Myanmar navy build frigate every year. We Cooperate with Myanmar Navy from 2015. They purchased 412 ton LR AH36 steel plate from us as trial order in 2015. A335 P22 steel pipe belongs to ferrite alloy steel nominal pipe for high temperature use. Chemical composition of A335 P22 steel pipe: C 0.10-0.20, Mn 0.30-0.80, P ≤ 0.025, S ≤ 0.025, Si 0.10-0.50, Mo 0.44-0.65. Mechanical properties of A335 P22 steel pipe: tensile strength 415mpa, yield strength 205 MPa. S460Q equivalent, A335 P22 steel pipe is characterized by good process performance, less sensitivity to the heating temperature of heat treatment, good welding performance, good plasticity, and low strength, especially the high temperature rupture strength is lower than 12Cr1MoV steel. When used at the same temperature and stress, its wall thickness is about 30% thicker than 12Cr1MoV Steel.
