Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory
High-quality alloy steel is made of high-quality carbon structural steel by adding one or several alloying elements (the total mass fraction does not exceed 5%). The alloying elements contained are of different types and contents, and the corresponding properties are also different. High-quality alloy steel is mainly used to manufacture various parts that are larger in size, more complex in shape and difficult to meet performance requirements with high-quality carbon steel. Through proper heat treatment, S690QL1 hardness, high-quality alloy steel can obtain higher strength and toughness.
The company specializes in the research and development, production and sales of S690QL1 hardness seamless pipes, longitudinally welded pipes, large-diameter welded pipes, API 5L welded pipes, spiral welded pipes, and large-diameter thick-walled straight seam steel pipes. The company has S690QL1 hardness five production lines in three major production workshops: large-diameter longitudinally welded pipe production workshop,S690QL1 hardness rolled steel pipe production workshop, and thermally expanded steel pipe production workshop, with an annual production capacity of more than 100,000 tons.
The blanking of the structural steel plate is first to find 90 degrees, and then use a tape measure and a powder line to draw the cutting range. According to the thickness of the carbon steel plate plus the cutting allowance, drilling is required. For the deep processing of S690QL1 hardness structural steel sections or profiles: First use a square ruler or a curved ruler to find 90 degrees, and then use a square ruler or a ruler to cut the line and add the cutting margin to the hole.
Different from S690QL1 hardness, the alloy wear-resistant layer of alloy plate is mainly chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel are also added. The carbides in the metallurgical structure are distributed in a fibrous shape, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. Carbide microhardness can reach HV1700-2000 and surface hardness can reach HRC58-62. Alloy carbides have strong stability at high temperatures, maintain high hardness, and also have good anti-oxidation properties. They are fully used within 500°C.
If customers have any difficult problems during use of the steel materials, they can contact the company's after-sales service department to feedback the existing problems. The after-sales department will reply as soon as possible to ensure that each customer has a good after-sales experience. Under special circumstances, the after-sales service department will start the problem-solving process, and the engineers in charge of the area will quickly follow up to solve the problem.
