Welcome to BBN High Strength Steels Factory
Due to the excellent corrosion resistant properties, SA387 GRADE 91 Class 1 sheet is also an option for use in sour service environments. The material has good weldability and with its heat resistant qualities, the material is a highly versatile steel which can be used in numerous applications. Mechanical properties of SA387 GRADE 91 Class 1 Tensile strength, ksi [MPA]:85 to 110 [585 to 760]Yield strength, min, ksi [MPa]/(0.2% offset):60 [415]Elongation in 2 in. [50mm], min, %:18
The company adopts modern management concept, adheres to “quality for survival, integrity for development”, and provides customers with high-quality and reliable steel EN 10025-6 high strength steel S890QL products and wholehearted service. The company continuously deepens the internal reform of the enterprise, innovates in the reform, develops in the innovation, and gradually forms a set of management and operation mechanism which adapts to the EN 10025-6 high strength steel S890QL market and has strong competitiveness.
Tempering includes high temperature tempering, medium temperature tempering and low temperature tempering. Tempering means to reheat the EN 10025-6 high strength steel S890QL quenched steel to a certain temperature and then cool it in a certain way. Tempering can reduce or eliminate the internal stress produced by quenching, reduce the hardness and strength, and improve the ductility or toughness of steel. After EN 10025-6 high strength steel S890QL quenching, the workpiece should be tempered in time, and the required mechanical properties can be obtained through the combination of quenching and tempering.
With the increase of temperature, the yield limit of EN 10025-6 high strength steel S890QL will decrease monotonically, but the tensile strength of EN 10025-6 high strength steel S890QL will rise to a high peak value at a certain temperature, and then decrease. This peak temperature is called the blue brittleness temperature of EN 10025-6 high strength steel S890QL. Near the blue brittleness temperature, the EN 10025-6 high strength steel S890QL strength increases and the plasticity decreases. The elongation and section shrinkage of EN 10025-6 high strength steel S890QL increase with the increase of temperature, but there is a low peak at the blue brittleness temperature. The blue brittleness temperature of low carbon steel ranges from 200 ℃ to 250 ℃. The blue brittleness of low alloy steel is not obvious as that of low carbon steel, and the blue brittleness temperature is higher.
After sales service support personnel pay attention to commitment in their work. In the process of people to people communication, mutual trust is an important factor for the long-term and stable communication. After sales service personnel must do what they say in the process of communication with customers.
