EN10025_6 S460QL1/1.8916 Structure Steel Plates
S460QL1 Steel grade is under European standard EN10025_6, and S460QL1 steel grade specification is a high yield strength structural steels in the quenched and tempered condition steel plate, S460QL1 plates can be rolled only after heat treatment under quenching and tempering conditions. S460QL1 structural steel should be subjected to low temperature impact test below -60℃.
The minimum yield strength of the high yield strength steel plate S460QL1 under the EN 10025-6 standard is 460 Mpa, and the tensile strength is within 550-720 Mpa. EN 10025-6 steel has good forming and welding properties. S460Q, S460QL, and S460QL1 steel grades have higher effective load capacity and high energy efficiency, so they can be used in thinner structures. These S460Q, S460QL steel is also used in other applications, such as heavy transportation, construction, machinery manufacturing and lifting equipment.
