S960Q steel material is a water quenched & tempered steel which complies with the EN10025:6:2004 specification.S960Q steel is commonly used in bars, sheet,plates, steel coils, steel pipes,forged and other materials application.
S960Q/S960QL Steel has a yield strength of 590Mpa～960MPa, and is widely used in the manufacture of mining truck bottom plates of 100 tons or more, pumping machinery, excavators, truck cranes, crawler cranes, coal mine hydraulic supports, etc.
Production specifications: the thickness of the S960Q/S960QL steel plate is 8～150mm, the width is 1500～4000mm, and the length is 3000～16000mm. Good welding performance: The welding test results show that the -40℃V-type impact of the weld and the fusion line is greater than 60J.
S960Q steel plate belongs to the quenched and tempered European standard high yield strength structural steel, S stands for structural steel, Q stands for delivery conditions, 960 is the yield value, and the unit is MPa. It can be divided into: S960Q and S960QL.
